A BIT ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Kylie!

I’ve been working in the industry for the past 5 years after gaining my Accreditation as a Sports Nutritionist. As a lover of exercise, I really enjoy showing athletes how much they can get out of their sport by fuelling correctly. I have also helped many clients over the years with losing body fat and and as a mother myself, I have a particular interest in helping educate busy parents navigate their nutrition goals whilst running around after their kids!

3 membership tiers to choose from; gold, silver or bronze.

6 WEEK NUTRITION RESET

For the individual who doesn't want weekly check ins, is only after some education around meal prep, planning and getting new, fresh ideas.

ONE OFF CONSULTATION

We will have an in depth discussion on current eating habits and lifestyle. We will go through your goals and expectations and you will be provided with a Nutrition Plan to follow.
